We're building a SaaS product and looking for an analytics engineer to set up our full tracking infrastructure from scratch. You'll be working in a pre-launch environment: things move fast, and requirements evolve.
- Audit and validate the existing analytics infrastructure
- Configure Server-Side GTM as a central routing hub for GA4, Meta CAPI, Mixpanel, Customer.io, and Google Ads
- Implement 20+ custom events from the event map
- Set up Meta CAPI with full matching parameters
- Establish end-to-end attribution
- Capture gclid in dataLayer from day one
- Enforce UTM naming convention across all campaigns: campaign / adset / ad — no exceptions
- Configure Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session recordings for the landing page and onboarding
- Support A/B test launches: variable isolation, win-event setup, results interpretation
- Build dashboards in GA4 and Mixpanel: acquisition→activation→revenue funnel, trial cohort retention, creative performance
- Maintain and update documentation: event map, UTM convention, implementation status
