Product Manager Crypto Casino

We are a crypto casino building a product with serious ambitions.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who treats the product like their own business: thinking, analyzing, improving, and driving it forward independently — without micromanagement.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and backlog priorities
• Write detailed technical specifications and clear business logic for developers
• Run A/B tests and analyze results, making data-driven decisions
• Work with analytics tools: Power BI, GA4, Hotjar, and others
• Collaborate with design, development, and business teams while remaining the single point of ownership for the product

Hard skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 1 year in crypto/Web3
• Strong analytical thinking: ability to interpret data, extract insights, and turn them into decisions
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and product analytics (GA4, Hotjar, Amplitude, or similar)
• Ability to write clear technical requirements and business logic so developers have no questions
• Solid experience with A/B testing: forming hypotheses, planning and running tests, interpreting results

Nice to have

• Understanding of iGaming or crypto product specifics: payment flows, KYC/AML
• Experience as a Lead PM or owning a product end-to-end from idea to launch
• Experience working with high-traffic products and complex funnels
