QA Engineer

We’re looking for a strong QA Engineer who can take ownership of the testing process and help us build reliable, high-quality products.
 

Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the QA process from scratch

- Perform manual testing across web applications

- Test REST APIs, React-based frontends, and data-driven systems

- Validate conversational AI systems and LLM outputs (quality, consistency, edge cases)

- Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)

- Work closely with developers and product team to ensure product quality

- Actively use AI tools to speed up and improve QA workflows

- Track and manage tasks in JIRA
 

Requirements:

- 4 years of experience in QA

- Strong background in manual testing

- Proven experience setting up QA processes from scratch

- Hands-on experience with REST API testing

- Experience testing React applications

- Experience with data-driven systems

- Solid experience testing conversational AI / LLM-based products (must-have)

- Experience with JIRA
 

Nice to have:

- Basic automation skills (Python / JS or similar)

- Experience working in product teams

- Understanding of CI/CD processes
