About the Role
This role is part of Digis’ internal sales & lead generation department.
The team works with LinkedIn and email outreach to generate qualified leads for IT outsourcing and staff augmentation services.
The processes are mature, well-documented, and currently scaling. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Lead Generation team, directly influencing the company’s sales pipeline.

Key Tools & Technologies

  • LinkedIn Outreach
  • Email Outreach (Gmail-based tools)
  • Google Sheets / Google Docs
  • AI tools for writing support: ChatGPT, Grammarly
  • Lead verification & data tools: Apollo, Zerobounce, etc.

    Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation / Outreach (outsourcing/outstaffing companies)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Ability to write manual, personalized outreach messages
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT / Grammarly as writing assistants
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English


    Responsibilities
  • Build ICP-based company lists
  • Find and verify contact data (emails, LinkedIn profiles) of decision-makers
  • Write personalized outreach messages (email + LinkedIn)
  • Log and maintain data in tracking sheets / CRM
  • Continuously improve outreach quality and conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Lead Gen team
