Head of Digital Agency
An IT holding JetMonsters is looking for an experienced Head of Digital Agency in a project TemplateMonster.com, marketplace for digital products and services.
About the Role
We are looking for a strong operational leader with a business mindset, with proven experience in web/design and digital marketing agencies, capable of taking full ownership of agency operations and performance.
You will have hands-on experience across all aspects of agency operations — from client strategy and service offerings to sales, delivery, and financial management — to drive scalable, sustainable, and predictable growth.
You will be fully accountable for agency performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall agency operations and performance
Oversee client strategy, acquisition, retention, and account growth
Manage project delivery across all services (web design, development, digital marketing) from strategy to execution
Ensure effective resource planning, team structure, and delivery quality
Build and optimize processes and workflows across sales, PM, and production teams
Develop commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and service offerings
Define and track KPIs and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
Ensure alignment and seamless collaboration between all departments
Manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability
Identify operational and delivery risks and proactively mitigate them
Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Experience building or scaling teams and operational structures in an agency environment
Strong understanding of sales processes, project management, and production workflows
Strong business mindset with experience in agency growth, client development, and financial metrics
Understanding of KPIs, unit economics, and financial management in a digital agency
English level B1–B2 or higher

full-time, schedule from 9:00/10:00 to 18:00/19:00 (from Mon. to Fri.).
