We are now looking for a Lead Software Engineer to lead our Dev/Product team — someone who combines deep hands-on engineering experience with leadership, architectural thinking, and product-oriented mindset.

This is a senior, execution, high-impact role. You’ll be the technical backbone of all of our core products, helping define architecture, execution pace, and long-term technical direction. We are looking for builders who lead by doing — not coordinators.

Your Mission

You will act as the technical leader and execution driver for the company, while also leading AI and automation initiatives across all company departments - engineering, product, support, sales, marketing, and operations.

Your mandate is to identify where AI and automation can meaningfully improve speed, accuracy, scalability, and decision-making, and to turn those opportunities into practical, measurable outcomes.

 

• Own architecture and technical decisions across core products and internal systems
• Drive AI and automation adoption across all departments to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and accelerate outcomes
• Identify repetitive, manual, or error-prone processes and replace them with smarter, automated, or AI-assisted solutions
• Push execution forward by removing bottlenecks and accelerating delivery through better tooling and systems
• Bring structure, clarity, and realistic timelines to the engineering team
• Act as a bridge between product, engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams

This role sits between Tech Lead, Product-minded Engineer, and Execution Owner. You will help define what we build, how we build it, how fast we move, and how technology and AI amplify the effectiveness of the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team by setting standards, reviewing architecture and code, removing blockers, and ensuring reliable delivery.
• Contribute to product direction by translating business needs into technical solutions and aligning roadmap decisions with technical constraints.
• Design and scale platform architecture across data, services, and infrastructure, balancing performance, reliability, and delivery speed.
• (Optional) Drive innovation in anti-bot systems, including fingerprinting and protection bypass strategies, to strengthen platform resilience.
• Guide DevOps and SRE practices, including CI/CD, deployments, scaling, and monitoring to maintain system reliability.
• Build and grow the team through hiring, mentoring, and improving workflows and collaboration.

What You Bring:

Proxy & Scraping Experience (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of proven, hands‑on production experience with proxy systems and web scraping — not experiments, not side projects
• Demonstrated track record architecting, operating, and scaling proxy‑based or scraping infrastructures in real businesses
• Deep practical understanding of IP rotation strategies, session persistence, fingerprinting, CAPTCHA / bot mitigation, and unblock flows
• Experience optimizing success rates, latency, reliability, and cost across large‑scale data extraction pipelines
• You have owned scraping or proxy systems end‑to‑end: design, implementation, monitoring, and iteration

Mindset & Leadership Traits

• Minimum 2-3+ years of proven technical leadership or ownership experience (Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or equivalent — titles matter less than impact)
• You thrive in fast‑moving startups where ambiguity is normal and execution matters more than process
• You take full ownership of outcomes — architecture, delivery, quality, and timelines
• Strong independent decision‑making: you don’t wait for permission to improve systems
• You actively mentor engineers, raise the bar, and expect high standards
• Product‑driven mindset: you care about user impact, business value, and velocity — not just elegant code
• Comfortable operating across engineering, product, and leadership without hand‑holding
• Naturally proactive: you identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities early and act on them
• You build structure where none exists and simplify complexity
• Curious and practical about AI adoption, tooling, metrics, and KPIs to continuously increase development speed and team effectiveness

Technical Foundation

• 5+ years of engineering experience building high‑load backend or data platforms
• Strong hands‑on experience with Go 
• Solid backend experience with PHP
• Frontend proficiency with React and Next.js
• Proven experience designing, building, and integrating APIs
• Solid experience with Redis, queues, and message brokers
• Strong DevOps background: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and observability
• Hands‑on experience with Linux system administration in production environments
• Strong understanding of HTTP, TLS, HTTP/2, proxies, browser internals, and CDP
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP) and request optimization
• Fluent English (documentation and communication are in English)
