This is a senior business-facing role for someone who can look beyond dashboards and understand what the numbers mean for strategy, risk, and growth.
 

We are an iGaming B2B platform operating on a revshare model. Our revenue is directly tied to the success of our clients. That’s why for us, Analytics isn’t just a support function for reporting—it’s a core business driver.
 

We are looking for a leader who does more than just build dashboards. We need someone to build expertise: a person who uncovers answers to questions the business hasn’t even thought to ask yet and converts data into bottom-line growth



 

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics across all core business streams;
  • Turn data into decisions for product, payments, monetization, and operational performance;
  • Identify where the business is losing revenue, where it is growing, and what actions are needed;
  • Define executive reporting standards for the CEO and leadership team;
  • Build a strong analytics team and scalable reporting environment;
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Payments, Marketing, Finance, and Tech.
     

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in iGaming analytics;
  • Strong expertise in business and product analytics;
  • Deep understanding of GGR / NGR / ARPU, conversion, retention, LTV, and payment metrics;
  • Аdvanced technical toolkit: Expert-level SQL and Python skills to work within our ecosystem of ClickHouse, Kafka, PowerBI, QuickSight, PostHog;
  • AI Proficiency — we expect you to actively use AI tools (to speed up research, automate routine tasks, and enhance analytical workflows;
  • Ability to influence business decisions and communicate with C-level stakeholders;
  • Strong prioritization skills and understanding of what requires executive attention.
