📌The Role

We’re looking for a Trainee/Junior Flutter Developer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects from day one. This is a great opportunity if you have a solid foundation in programming and want to put your skills into practice while building modern, user-friendly applications. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

📋Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and fixing bugs and issues in the codebase
• Contribute to mobile development using Flutter by designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces
• Participate in code reviews with more experienced developers to learn best practices and coding standards
• Help refactor existing code to improve efficiency, readability, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with senior developers, gaining hands-on experience and guidance in both front-end and back-end development

📝Requirements

• Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Demonstrated coding skills with pet projects available on GitHub (or similar platform)
• English proficiency at B1+ level
• Availability for a full-time schedule: 12:00 – 20:30 (Mon–Fri, including a 30-minute lunch break)
• Willingness to participate in regular team meetings during working hours
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
