Our client is a US-based startup building AI-powered tools for product and engineering teams, focused on autonomous “agentic AI” systems that turn product requirements into working features directly within real codebases. Their platform integrates with tools like Jira, Git, and design systems to generate production-ready code, reuse existing components, follow company standards, and automatically create pull requests.

The solution operates within real development environments and is designed to understand codebase structure, dependencies, and architecture, enabling it to act more like an experienced developer than a basic assistant.

Our client is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their team and help shape the future of autonomous AI agents for developers. In this role, you will work closely with AI engineers to build tools that enhance coding workflows, automate tasks, and boost productivity.

Our tech stack:
React, TypeScript, Python, Postgres, Redis, AWS (leveraging its services extensively).

Key Requirements:
🔹 10+ years in full-stack engineering, with strong backend and frontend experience;
🔹 Startup experience is a must;
🔹 Backend: Strong experience with cloud architectures and AWS services;
🔹 Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi;
🔹 Frontend: Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architectures;
🔹 Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern development workflows;
🔹 Passion for developer tools and high-quality code;
🔹 Advantage: Use AI-powered dev tools in your day-to-day workflow;
🔹 Advantage: Experience with Python;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:
🔹 Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions, balancing backend and frontend;
🔹 Architect and optimize cloud-based systems using AWS;
🔹 Build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs;
🔹 Develop modern, interactive UI components using React and TypeScript;
🔹 Work on developer-focused tools, including IDE plugins and workflow integrations;
🔹 Solve complex technical challenges (e.g. large codebase parsing, performance optimization, AI integrations);
🔹 Collaborate closely with AI engineers to integrate AI-driven features into the product;
🔹 Take ownership of key technical decisions and contribute to overall system architecture;
