Lead AI-Native Product Engineer (Fintech and Web3)

Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Lead AI-Native Software Engineer to drive the development of high-performance financial platforms. You won’t just write code; you will architect scalable systems, lead the engineering team, and pioneer the use of AI to accelerate the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is someone who treats AI tools as a standard part of their workflow to achieve 5x productivity and can navigate the complexities of Web3, Cybersecurity, and High-Frequency Trading environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Design and build entire backend architectures for Crypto, FX, and DeFi trading platforms from scratch.
• AI-Driven Development: Implement and champion AI-native workflows (using tools like n8n, make.com, or LLM-assisted coding) to drastically reduce deadlines and optimize code generation.
• System Scaling: Own the performance and reliability of systems, ensuring they can handle 100k+ daily transactions and pass rigorous load tests.
• Product Ownership: Bridge the gap between technical execution and business value by defining MVP scopes, conducting market analysis, and creating detailed PRDs.
• Mentorship & Culture: Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of "Deep Work," innovation, and high-speed delivery.
• Security & Compliance: Leverage a background in Cybersecurity to ensure all financial integrations and blockchain operations are secure.

Requirements

• English: Strong Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Languages & Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Nest.js.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive experience with AWS (EC2, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3) and robust cloud architecture.
• Databases: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Web3 & Blockchain: Proven experience integrating crypto systems with banks, fintechs, and blockchain providers.
• Automation: Hands-on experience with n8n, make.com, or similar automation platforms to streamline workflows.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hackathon Winner: A track record of success in major tech competitions.
• Community Leadership: Experience leading technical communities or mentoring developers in AI adoption.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to make key decisions regarding risk management and revenue optimization.
