Senior Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to own the growth of outbound services across our target geographies. This is a senior individual contributor role β not a team lead β but one that requires the maturity to guide a Middle SDR, set work direction, and maintain execution discipline across the full outbound channel mix.
You will run the complete outbound motion: building your own lead lists, executing multi-channel campaigns, working events (onsite and virtual), supporting partnership outreach, and proposing sales-led activities for Marketing to amplify. You are expected to bring initiative β new campaign ideas, ICP refinements, messaging observations β not just execute a brief.
You are also responsible for the reporting layer: weekly planning and retro, monthly overview and forward plan. This is not an administrative burden β it is the mechanism that keeps everyone aligned, surfaces what is working, and builds a winning formula over time. The standard is structured process management, not micromanagement.
Our ICP spans B2B companies where software engineering, delivery capacity, and technical execution are genuine constraints. The primary vertical is eCommerce and digital commerce, but the ICP is intentionally broad β we work with companies across AI, fintech, SaaS, insurance, logistics, and other sectors. The qualifying factor is always the problem, not the industry label.
Responsibilities
- Building and managing outbound channels (Email + LinkedIn) includes launching from scratch and developing existing campaigns, independently sourcing leads, setting up outreach, and continuously optimizing performance.
- Searching, preparing, and managing events (online and offline) involves identifying relevant events, preparing target contact lists, and executing outreach before, during, and after events.
- Partnership & ecosystem outreach covers identifying and engaging partners and key market players through targeted outreach and building long-term relationships.
- Sales-led marketing activities involve initiating and launching marketing initiatives based on outbound insights, including campaigns, content, and case studies.
- Coordination of Middle SDR includes assigning tasks, monitoring execution quality, and improving the performance of outreach activities.
- Reporting and process management includes maintaining reporting, tracking key metrics, and building transparent processes to scale results.
Required Qualifications
- 3β5+ years of B2B outbound sales development or lead generation experience
- Demonstrated ability to self-source, qualify, and convert outbound leads β not dependent on provided lists
- Experience selling or supporting services-based offerings: team augmentation, staff augmentation, outsourcing, or managed delivery
- Strong working knowledge of GTM and ABM execution across multiple geographies and ICP types
- Proficient in Clay, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude (AI), Lusha.
- Solid HubSpot Sales Pro experience β all sales activity executed within HubSpot, no exceptions
- Experience running full event outreach cycles β pre-event, onsite or live, and post-event follow-up
- Comfortable producing structured reporting β weekly planning, retros, and monthly overviews using defined templates
- Excellent written and spoken English at business level or higher
- High autonomy β able to build, run, and optimize the outbound engine with minimal management input
- Brings market-based initiative β proposes ideas, ICP refinements, and new approaches based on what they see in the field
