The role

A global professional services company needs a senior engineer to own their Azure security and infrastructure.

If your idea of a good day involves tightening conditional access policies, investigating Sentinel alerts, working with Azure DevOps and automating Azure deployments before projects launch - this role is for you. Typical projects are ERPs, CRMs, business mobility and security suite deployments. You’ll protect cloud workloads, harden identities, manage the Microsoft security stack end-to-end, and build the automation that keeps everything running. This is a hybrid DevOps, security, identity and infrastructure architecture and management role with real ownership scope and autonomy.

What you’ll do 

• Implement and monitor cloud identity, security and DevOps processes: Azure DevOps, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel SIEM, DLP, threat protection 
• Manage identity and security: Entra ID, conditional access, RBAC, hybrid AD, B2C 
• Design and maintain Azure infrastructure: networking, compute, storage, microservices 
• Secure and administer M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) including migrations
• Automate infrastructure with PowerShell, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage endpoint security via Intune, Autopilot, and CrowdStrike 

• Respond to L3 security and infrastructure escalations 

   

Must have 

• 4+ years in Azure with DevOps, identity management and security focus 
• PowerShell automation and IaC experience 
• Hands-on with Microsoft security stack (Defender, Sentinel, conditional access, DLP) 

• Upper-Intermediate+ English 

   

Nice to have 

• Security certs (AZ-500, MS-500, SC-200) 
• Azure infrastructure certs (AZ-104) 
• DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform modules) 
• AI-assisted security operations (Copilot for Security) 
• SIEM tuning and incident response experience
