HR People Partner

We are looking for a People Partner to join our Global HR Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Team Leads, Experts, and key stakeholders to deliver high-impact HR support aligned with both internal and client business needs.

You will play an important role in enhancing the employee experience, driving engagement, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes in a dynamic environment.
 

Required Skills:

• Experience: 1+ year of proven experience as an HR Manager / People Partner.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of local and international HR practices.
• Adaptability: Experience working with distributed teams and client-facing environments.
• Analytics: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• English Level: Intermediate+ or higher. We are looking for a candidate who can discuss complex people-related issues and participate in meetings with global partners.
   

Scope of Work:

• Full Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, offboarding, and transitions, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.
• Expert Engagement: Conduct regular 1:1s to understand engagement levels, identify risks, and address concerns proactively.
• Data-Driven Insights: Prepare reports for managers and stakeholders with clear recommendations and engagement actions.
• Trusted Advisor: Act as a consultant to managers on people management, performance, and team dynamics.
• Talent Development: Support retention, career growth, feedback culture, and performance management.
• People Initiatives: Lead initiatives such as mentorship programs, knowledge sharing, and engagement activities.
• Alignment: Promote company policies and ensure they align with client requirements and high service quality.
