Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring successful product development aligned with client goals and market needs. You will work across a diverse portfolio of engagements — spanning UX/UI design and branding, web and mobile development, system integrations, and ongoing support and maintenance projects — owning the product vision, backlog, and delivery outcomes from discovery through release.

Role and Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements: User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring proper prioritization aligned with business value and delivery capacity.
• Drive product vision, roadmap planning, and delivery strategy across active engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Design, Development, and QA — throughout the full SDLC.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Standups.
• Lead client communication: discovery workshops, demos, status updates, and escalation handling.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes proactively.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping and effort estimations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT.
• 2+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with direct backlog ownership.
• 2+ years in Project Management roles with delivery accountability.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
• Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from Discovery through Delivery and Support.
• Proven requirements elicitation skills using interviews, workshops, and structured analysis techniques.
• Strong documentation skills: User Stories, SRS, User Flows.
• Experience delivering web and/or mobile applications in commercial environments.
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English — written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outsourcing or agency environments managing multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
• Hands-on UX/UI collaboration experience with design teams.
• Experience with AI-related products or data-driven development.
• Pre-sales and upselling exposure, including solution scoping and proposal support.
• Technical or business degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro.
