Location: Nearshore EU (travel to Geneva 1–2 times/year), Switzerland

Project Overview:
Enterprise Solutions Design & Delivery platform supporting critical business applications across front-office and back-office systems. Due to continuous growth in system usage — applications, renewals, and decisions — the platform requires ongoing technical enhancements and a hands-on senior developer to ensure long-term reliability and scalability.

Requirements (Must-have):
- 10+ years of hands-on Java-based software development experience
- Minimum 3 years of solid Angular experience
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written, B2+)
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JEE, JPA, Hibernate, Maven
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle)
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications
- Strong computer science fundamentals

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, and support full-stack enterprise applications
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
- Write clean, testable, high-quality code (unit & functional tests required)
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
- Produce technical and user documentation
- Follow established development practices (JIRA tracking, CI/CD pipelines)

Nice to Have:
- Experience with AWS services and deployment automation
- Familiarity with Docker
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo
- QA / testing practices
- Agile/SCRUM environments
- Familiarity with data management concepts
