Overview

 

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support a large-scale client outreach initiative. This role focuses on contacting existing clients, guiding them through a required merchant service PIN pad firmware upgrade, and assisting with onboarding to our internal B2B system. The position is straightforward, process-driven, and ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling high-volume outreach.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Reach out to a high volume of existing clients (phone, email, or messaging) to coordinate firmware upgrades for merchant service PIN pads

· Clearly explain the upgrade process and its importance to clients

· Guide clients step-by-step through completing the firmware update

· Assist clients in setting up and connecting to the internal B2B system

· Track outreach progress and maintain accurate records of client status

· Follow up with clients who have not completed the upgrade

· Escalate technical issues or complex cases to the appropriate internal teams

 

 

Qualifications

 

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional)

· Comfortable making a high volume of calls and sending emails daily

· Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly

· Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
