We invite a responsible and motivated Associate HR Manager to join our HR Department at Dev.Pro. In this hands-on, process-driven role, you’ll support key HR functions, manage HR-related systems and records, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll gain practical experience across diverse HR processes while contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our HR operations.

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll support our day-to-day HR operations, assist with processes and reporting, and contribute to HR initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain accuracy across HR systems, portals, and contractor records
• Handle routine HR tasks, including documentation checks and data updates
• Communicate proactively with contractors, managers, and tech experts, following up as needed
• Assist with reporting, HR metrics tracking, and custom data requests from other teams
• Prepare presentations and materials for team-building, onboarding, and other HR initiatives using AI tools
• Support multiple HR processes simultaneously, learning to manage priorities efficiently
