With rapid growth across our brands, we’re looking for a data-driven, proactive, and customer-obsessed Retention Manager to elevate our post-purchase experience and drive long-term customer value.

From lifecycle marketing to churn prevention, your work will directly impact revenue and customer lifetime value.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Retention Strategy
- Build and optimize retention, reactivation, and loyalty strategies
- Drive sustainable customer growth and repeat purchases
Lifecycle Marketing
- Own email, SMS, and push campaigns across the full customer journey
- From onboarding → engagement → reactivation
Segmentation & Personalization
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies
- Deliver highly personalized, timely messaging
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and improve key metrics: LTV, repeat rate, churn, AOV
- Run deep performance analysis and optimize continuously
Loyalty & Subscriptions
- Launch and scale loyalty and subscription programs
- Increase retention and customer advocacy
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams
- Align retention with acquisition and brand strategy
Testing & Experimentation
- Run A/B and multivariate tests
- Continuously improve messaging, timing, and performance
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Retention / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing (DTC or digital-first brands)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, CDPs, loyalty platforms
- Strong understanding of LTV, churn, repeat rate, AOV
- Analytical mindset + experience with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Customer-first thinking and passion for building meaningful experiences

- Experience in Health, Wellness, Supplements, or Nutrition brands
- Background in subscription or membership-based businesses
