With rapid growth across our brands, we’re looking for a data-driven, proactive, and customer-obsessed Retention Manager to elevate our post-purchase experience and drive long-term customer value.

You’ll own how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base — turning first-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers and brand advocates.

From lifecycle marketing to churn prevention, your work will directly impact revenue and customer lifetime value.
 

🔑 What You’ll Do
 

Retention Strategy

  • Build and optimize retention, reactivation, and loyalty strategies
  • Drive sustainable customer growth and repeat purchases
     

Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own email, SMS, and push campaigns across the full customer journey
  • From onboarding → engagement → reactivation
     

Segmentation & Personalization

  • Develop advanced segmentation strategies
  • Deliver highly personalized, timely messaging
     

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and improve key metrics: LTV, repeat rate, churn, AOV
  • Run deep performance analysis and optimize continuously
     

Loyalty & Subscriptions

  • Launch and scale loyalty and subscription programs
  • Increase retention and customer advocacy
     

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams
  • Align retention with acquisition and brand strategy
     

Testing & Experimentation

  • Run A/B and multivariate tests
  • Continuously improve messaging, timing, and performance
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in Retention / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing (DTC or digital-first brands)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, CDPs, loyalty platforms
  • Strong understanding of LTV, churn, repeat rate, AOV
  • Analytical mindset + experience with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Customer-first thinking and passion for building meaningful experiences
     

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Health, Wellness, Supplements, or Nutrition brands
  • Background in subscription or membership-based businesses
