PMO Trainee — Delivery/Operations

About the role

We are looking for a PMO Trainee to join our consulting delivery team.
This is a paid, full‑time trainee position with real involvement in live customer projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers, learning how delivery governance, reporting, and operational coordination work in international Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.

What you will do

• Monitor incidents and service activities to ensure SLA and communication standards
• Support Service Delivery Managers with daily delivery operations
• Assist Project Managers with ServiceNow workflows and requests
• Create and maintain tasks and work items in Azure DevOps
• Coordinate team timesheets and prepare operational reports
• Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items

• Maintain delivery documentation, process guidelines, and instructions

   

Who we are looking for

• English level B2 or higher
• Background in Business, Management, Project Management, IT, or related fields
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps / ServiceNow / Jira (or readiness to learn)
• High attention to detail, ownership, and strong communication skills

• Paid, full‑time position
• 3‑month trainee phase with structured onboarding and mentoring
• Regular feedback and clear evaluation criteria
