Product Designer

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to lead the creative direction of a next-generation, AI-driven educational ecosystem. This is not a traditional corporate tool; we are building a high-end, consumer-grade platform that prioritizes "cinematic" immersion and deep personalization.
 

The ideal candidate excels at the intersection of storytelling, advanced UI/UX, and artificial intelligence, moving beyond static layouts to create dynamic, living digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect a premium, "cinematic" user experience that blends the engagement of entertainment platforms with the utility of high-performance productivity tools
• Design intuitive patterns for human-AI collaboration, focusing on how users interact with intelligent virtual companions and personalized feedback loops
• Develop a cohesive design language for a multi-faceted platform that serves distinct user roles: from casual learners and content creators to high-level administrators and mentors
• Design sophisticated yet accessible interfaces for a creator economy, enabling users to build, manage, and distribute high-value content
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, micro-interactions, and motion studies that define the "feel" of the platform across different interaction modalities
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product leads to translate complex technical capabilities into seamless, user-centric features

Technical Skills & Expertise

• 5+ years of experience designing world-class digital products (EdTech, Entertainment, or high-growth SaaS)
• A portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, grid systems, and a "premium" aesthetic that stands out in the consumer market
• Ability to map out complex, multi-role user journeys and maintain a scalable design system
• Understanding of how to design for generative AI, including prompt patterns, conversational UI, and context-aware assistance
• Proficiency in tools like Protopie, Framer, or After Effects to create high-fidelity animations that enhance the "cinematic" feel
• Mastery of Figma for collaborative design and rapid iteration
