Recruiter Freelance (Project-Based) — MilTech (Kyiv)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter based in Kyiv to support hiring on a project basis for a fast-growing company in the Military Technology (MilTech) sector.

This role involves sourcing and closing candidates across a diverse range of positions — from IT and engineering roles to manufacturing and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job briefing → sourcing → interviews → offer stage)
- Source candidates for IT, manufacturing, and operational roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience

Requirements

- 3+ years of proven recruitment experience
- Experience with technical and/or manufacturing roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Based in Kyiv 
- English: Intermediate or higher
- Pass a polygraph test
