Product Discovery Manager for RnD department

We are looking for a Product Discovery Manager to lead early-stage product initiatives within our R&D department.

This role might be a perfect fit for ambitious and curious role switchers :)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT in sales or product development roles (e.g., UI/UX designer, Product Owner, Sales Manager)
• Experience as a part of the team launching at least one product from scratch 
• Experience validating value and demand before development (market analysis, competitor analysis, customer interviews, etc.)
• Ability to generate well-argued hypotheses
• Readiness to work in high-uncertainty environments with multiple hypotheses in parallel
• Experience with data analysis tools, SEO tools, Figma
• Structured, analytical, but creative mindset
• High level of ownership
• Advanced English for direct communication with B2B leads (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Carry out CustDev interviews (B2B)
• Work closely with R&D leadership and the development team
• Generate well-argued value and demand hypotheses
• Design and run several early-stage discovery experiments together with the team
• Prepare discovery-stage lead offers with Sales or on your own
• Conduct interviews and demos for B2B leads
• Generate ideas for future discovery tracks together with the team

Context

• We are an R&D department in an outsourcing company with 10+ years of software development experience, looking for new solution/service niches.
• This role is oriented not on products, but on B2B solutions
