Senior Product Manager (SharePoint / Microsoft Ecosystem)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong functional and technical capabilities, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role combines product ownership, business analysis, and light technical implementation (SharePoint-based solutions).
You will play a key role in shaping product features while working closely with engineering and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive product development across key modules (operations, onboarding, compliance, reporting)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and product features
• Lead product lifecycle: discovery → requirements → delivery → iteration
• Perform hands-on configuration / light development in SharePoint (lists, workflows, automation, integrations)
• Write detailed user stories and manage backlog (Jira → Azure DevOps transition)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

• Support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of features

  
  Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint Online is mandatory)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 (preferred)
• Ability to do light technical work (Power Platform, SharePoint configuration, basic scripting)
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong English reading/writing skills (spoken fluency)

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms

• Background as a Functional Consultant (Microsoft stack)
• Experience working with distributed teams

• Startup or scale-up experience
