Accountant (International Operations)

We are looking for an Accountant to support financial operations across multiple jurisdictions in an international environment.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with international accounting standards

Prepare financial statements and support month-end and year-end closing processes

Assist in preparation and submission of tax declarations in Europe and U.S. jurisdictions

Work with multi-currency transactions and ensure proper reconciliation

Monitor and record cross-border payments and financial flows

Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on accounting and tax matters

Core requirements:

Proven experience in accounting within international markets (Europe and U.S.)

Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions

Practical experience with preparation of financial statements and tax documentation

Ability to work with multi-currency accounting and international transactions

High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail

Languages:

Russian - fluent

Ukrainian - fluent

English - professional working proficiency (written and spoken)

Additional skills:

Experience with accounting software and financial tools

Understanding of AML/KYC and compliance processes

Ability to structure and systematize financial data

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
