Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead UAV projects from concept to deployment, working with complex hardware and software systems.
 

In this role, you will work closely with engineering and product teams, as well as external partners, making sure projects move forward smoothly and solutions are delivered in line with technical requirements and real-world constraints.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Plan and manage projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, and key deliverables, while keeping track of dependencies between hardware and software
• Coordinate engineering, product, and partner teams, ensuring alignment and steady progress
• Identify risks early and address issues before they impact delivery
• Work with partners, clients, and institutional stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use and alignment with project goals
• Support the transition from prototype to deployment together with hardware and manufacturing partners
• Oversee testing, validate system performance, and ensure solutions meet quality and operational requirements
• Review results, identify improvements, and work with engineering teams to implement them
• Maintain clear and structured project documentation
• Support rollout and scaling of solutions in operational environments
   

Requirements
 

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience working with hardware systems or complex technical products
  (preferably UAV / UAS or miltech projects)
• Understanding of how products move from development to deployment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in engineering environments
• Ability to work with complex systems, dependencies, and uncertainty
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and ability to align different stakeholders
• Experience working with partners, clients, or institutional stakeholders
• Understanding of testing and quality assurance processes
• Experience working with hardware partners and product delivery
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Intermediate (B1+) level of English or higher

• Experience in defense or miltech projects
• Understanding of regulatory or certification requirements
