About the job opening:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for traffic growth, user acquisition, and building a marketing system from scratch. This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally adept at working with data and content. 

 

Responsibilities:
First 3 months – launch:

- Develop and launch marketing strategies to grow traffic and attract users.
- Form and test 10 marketing hypotheses.
- Build collaboration processes with the sales department.
- Configure and optimize CRM (HubSpot) and other tools.
First 6 months – scaling:

- Build a full-fledged lead generation system.
- Assemble and lead a marketing team.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
On a full-time basis:

- Ensure revenue growth and key metrics (target: $500k/month, +20% registered users).
- Manage the balance of organic and paid traffic (50/50).
- Study the audience and adapt marketing to different segments.
- Conduct content marketing, SEO, webinars, and influencer engagement.
- Use blockchain knowledge to identify new marketing opportunities.


What we expect:
- Required competencies, knowledge, and skills: T-shaped profile: broad knowledge + deep expertise in product marketing
SEO and content marketing.
- Traffic generation (organic and paid).
- Project management and CRM (HubSpot).
- Analytical thinking.
- Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace.
- Proficient in English.
Experience:

- Working with SaaS, marketplaces, or related products.
- Understanding of user lifecycles and funnels.
- Experience building lead generation and working with different audiences.

Working conditions:
- Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central European Time (CET).
- Format: Fully remote.
- Probationary period: 2 months.
