We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who wants to work with large clients and grow together with the company.

Working conditions:

• remote format, trips to exhibitions across Europe and worldwide;
• schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 Warsaw time;
• 1200 euros salary during the probation period;
• 1500 euros salary after the probation period;
• average manager income — 4000 euros;
• salary is paid once a month, commissions once a quarter.

We will definitely find common ground if you:

• have experience in B2B sales for 2+ years and understand how the B2B sales cycle works;
• know how to reach decision-makers and build communication with them;
• possess negotiation techniques and know how to handle objections;
• have worked with CRM systems and manage clients systematically;
• can build long-term partnership relationships
• speak English fluently.

It will be an advantage if you have experience selling B2B services with a large average check (from 100,000 euros).

What you will do:

• attract new clients and conduct negotiations with potential partners;
• support clients at all stages of the deal;
• work in CRM and manage your client database;
• participate in international exhibitions as a company representative;
• achieve sales targets and directly influence your own income.
