Outbound Sales Manager

We're looking for a proactive person who enjoys communicating with people, finding new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships. If you like international sales and want to work in a team where your ideas matter, we'd love to meet you.
 

What you'll do:

  • Find new B2B clients through LinkedIn, Telegram, partner communities, forums, and other outbound channels.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Communicate with international clients via LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and other messengers. Calls and online meetings are also part of the job when needed.
  • Understand client needs and offer the right VoIP solutions.
  • Prepare commercial offers, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Keep CRM updated and achieve sales goals.
     

We'd love to meet you if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales or the VoIP industry.
  • English at B2+ level for communication with international clients (both written and spoken).
  • Fluent Ukrainian for communication with part of our client base.
  • Experience with outbound sales.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivation, responsibility, and a results-driven mindset.
