π― About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager responsible for lead generation with a strong focus on LinkedIn outreach and B2B communication development.
This role is for a results-driven professional who quickly tests hypotheses, proposes new approaches, and actively uses modern tools, including AI.
At the start, you wonβt need to create a strategy from scratch β the key is to quickly get involved in existing processes and, over time, propose and implement improvements.

β Technical Stack & Tools
- Channels: LinkedIn (primary), email outreach
- Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Automation & AI Tools: for scaling outreach and optimizing processes
π― Ideal Candidate
- 1.5+ years of experience in lead generation / SDR / BDR roles
- Strong practical experience in LinkedIn outreach
- Understanding of B2B sales processes (preferably in SaaS or service companies)
- Experience with CRM and automation tools
- Ability to work independently and in a structured way
- Proactive and results-oriented
Key qualities:
- Ability to quickly test hypotheses
- Willingness to propose solutions, not just execute tasks
- Understanding how to scale lead generation and minimize manual work
π Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients (LinkedIn, email, and other channels)
- Build and maintain a prospect database
- Launch and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Set up and optimize email campaigns
- Test messages, approaches, and hypotheses
- Analyze results and improve conversion rates
