Web Designer

For over 15 years, we’ve been helping businesses across Canada build strong digital brands through high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing. We focus on creating custom, visually polished websites and digital experiences that look great and support business growth. 

We’re looking for a Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on websites, landing pages, and marketing assets for a range of client projects. 

Key responsibilities:

• Design websites, landing pages, and digital assets in Figma
• Design and implement WordPress websites. 
• Create clean, effective website layouts based on project requirements
• Develop banners, graphics, icons, and branded visual elements
• Work with developers, marketers, and project managers
• Present designs, respond to feedback, and make revisions
• Maintain visual consistency across websites and marketing materials
• Handle image selection, retouching, and visual refinement when needed

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in web design and graphic design
• Strong portfolio of high-end custom websites, including WordPress projects
• Expert knowledge of Figma
• Experience designing modern custom website layouts
• Experience with branding, marketing creatives, and website visuals
• Understanding of UX principles and user flow
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and solid design judgment
• Clear English communication

Your typical tasks will include:

• Designing websites and landing pages in Figma
• Creating digital marketing assets and branded visuals
• Building page sections, graphics, and reusable design elements
• Collaborating with the team throughout the design process
• Revising work based on feedback
• Keeping designs consistent across projects
