TechMagic is looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is focused on a large-scale enterprise project within the Hospitality domain. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with enterprise-level stakeholders to ensure the delivery of complex digital products for the global travel industry.
 

About the Project:

This is an enterprise-level project in the Hospitality sector, involving high-traffic web solutions and complex integrations. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling requirements for both large-scale initiatives and multiple concurrent small-scale projects to ensure a seamless digital experience for users worldwide.
 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis roles within the IT industry.
  • Methodology: Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
  • Communication: Proven experience in direct communication with international clients and managing their expectations.
  • Documentation: Expert at writing clear and concise User Stories and Use Cases.
  • Visualizing: Experience in preparing mockups and wireframes to illustrate requirements.
  • Tools: High proficiency in Jira and Confluence for requirement management.
  • Technical Background: Experience working with integrations and documenting requirements for APIs.
  • Data Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
  • Soft Skills: Solid self-organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced proficiency.
     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicitation & Analysis: Lead the requirement elicitation process and perform deep-dive analysis of business needs.
  • Decomposition: Break down complex business requirements into manageable technical tasks and functional specifications.
  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain high-quality project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ongoing Clarification: Act as the primary point of contact for requirement clarification between the client and the development team.
  • UAT Support: Provide essential support during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure the solution meets business goals.
  • Knowledge Base: Take ownership of the project knowledge base, ensuring it is well-documented and kept up to date.
