Trainee HR Specialist

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Specialist who is passionate about people, company culture, and employee well-being. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine classic HR responsibilities with a strong focus on employee happiness, engagement, and creating a positive workplace experience in a tech environment.
 

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the full cycle of HR processes and daily people operations;
• Conduct onboarding and support the adaptation of new team members.
• Organizing internal events, team-building activities, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives;
• Developing and implementing programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction and well-being;
• Maintaining a positive company culture and strengthening internal communications;
• Assisting in the development and update of HR policies, procedures, and internal communications;
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and workplace support.
   

Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field;
• Strong interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and happiness management;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Understanding of the IT field and software development processes;
• Experience with LinkedIn, professional networks, and employer branding activities;
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with HRM, or CRM systems will be a plus;
• Intermediate+ level of English (written and verbal).
