Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can independently solve complex product problems and translate business requirements into clear, scalable, and user-centered experiences.

This role is focused on product thinking, UX strategy, business logic, information architecture, complex user flows, and evidence-based design decisions.

You will work directly with clients, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. You should be comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous product challenges, facilitating discussions, aligning different perspectives, and guiding a project from early discovery to implementation.

Strong visual design skills are required, but the primary focus of this position is product reasoning and the ability to design systems and experiences that work in real business environments.

Required Hard Skills

• 5–7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or Senior UX/UI Designer.
• Strong experience designing B2B, B2C, SaaS, or data-driven products.
• Proven ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong product thinking, systems thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently define problems, identify assumptions, explore solutions, and make informed design decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern product design tools.
• Strong experience designing complex user flows, dashboards, workflows, administrative systems, and multi-role products.
• Experience creating information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces.
• Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems under real production constraints.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, interaction design, and responsive behavior.
• Ability to prepare developer-ready designs and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Experience validating design decisions through user feedback, usability testing, product data, or stakeholder research.
• Experience with no-code platforms such as Framer, Webflow or similar tools.

• Practical experience using AI-powered design tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, Lovable, V0, or similar solutions to accelerate ideation, prototyping, design exploration, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own product design streams from initial problem definition through implementation and post-launch improvement.
• Understand client goals, user needs, business models, technical limitations, and project constraints.
• Translate complex business logic into intuitive, scalable, and accessible product experiences.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interaction specifications.
• Present design concepts and explain decisions to clients and internal teams.
• Explore multiple solutions and recommend the most appropriate direction based on evidence and constraints.

• Use AI-powered workflows to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and iteration.

   

Technical Interview

Please be prepared to present two strong product case studies that demonstrate:

• complex product or business challenges;
• your personal role and level of ownership;
• structured problem-solving;
• UX and business logic reasoning;
• information architecture and complex user flows;
• collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams;
• trade-offs and constraints;
• validation or testing;
• measurable or tangible product impact;

The presentation should explain not only what was designed, but why key decisions were made and how the solution affected users or the business.
