Business Development Manager (New Business Focus)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing IT outsourcing company.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle โ while focusing on identifying new business opportunities, building connections with potential clients and developing a strong sales pipeline through various outreach and networking approaches.
Key Responsibilities
โ Identify and engage potential clients through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, networking and industry events
โ Proactively explore new markets, industries, and accounts to uncover business opportunities
โ Identify client needs, prepare and present tailored outsourcing solutions including discovery phases
โ Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and commercial offers
โ Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
โ Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity in CRM systems
โ Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows and industry events
โ Travel to the customer site from time to time to run on-site business reviews and strengthen long-term partnerships
โ Participate as a speaker or panelist at events to build brand awareness and thought leadership
Requirements
โ Proven experience in selling IT outsourcing projects, including discovery and pre-sale consulting phases
โ Strong understanding of the IT services market, delivery models, client expectations
โ Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with both technical and business stakeholders
โ Experience using outreach and networking tools (LinkedIn, email, events, etc.)
โ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
โ Public speaking experience and a confident presence at industry events
โ Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus
โ Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events
Preferred Qualifications
โ Experience working with clients in the EU, UK, North America (USA and Canada)
โ Valid visas or travel authorization for USA, Canada, the UK
โ Background in business consulting or digital transformation is a plus
โ Valid car driving license and readiness to travel locally when required
