Business Development Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing IT outsourcing company. This role is critical in driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
โ Manage communication with qualified leads, driving them toward successful deal closure
โ Identify client needs, prepare and present tailored outsourcing solutions including discovery phases
โ Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and commercial offers
โ Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
โ Ensure that committed deliverables are met in coordination with delivery teams
โ Manage and oversee internal project managers and development teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations
โ Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows and industry events
โ Travel to the customer site from time to time to run on-site business reviews and strengthen long-term partnerships
โ Participate as a speaker or panelist at events to build brand awareness and thought leadership
โ Collaborate with marketing and technical departments to support lead generation and delivery success
Requirements
โ Proven experience in selling IT outsourcing projects, including discovery and pre-sale consulting phases
โ Strong understanding of the IT services market, delivery models and client expectations
โ Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with both technical and business stakeholders
โ Experience in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale
โ Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams
โ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
โ Public speaking experience and a confident presence at industry events
โ Fluent level of English (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus
โ Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events
Preferred Qualifications
โ Experience working with clients in the EU, UK and North America (USA and Canada)
โ Valid visas or travel authorization for USA, Canada, and the UK
โ Background in business consulting or digital transformation is a plus
โ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation systems
โ Valid car driving license and readiness to travel locally when required
