SOFTICO is a Value Added IT solutions distributor and an official partner of leading global vendors. We help companies implement technologies that improve business efficiency and support growth.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales and build long-term relationships with end clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full sales cycle: calls, emails, online and offline meetings
  • Finding and attracting new clients
  • Conducting negotiations with clients
  • Preparing commercial proposals and documentation
  • Supporting clients at all stages of the deal
  • Coordinating with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounting, engineers)

Requirements:

  • Sales experience
  • Experience selling software or IT services is a plus
  • Experience working with end clients (B2B)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented and responsible

  • Work format: hybrid (90% remote, office visits in Kyiv for client meetings)
  • Schedule: 9:00–18:00, Monβ€”Fri, plus additional days off for holidays and birthday
