Junior+ Project Manager

Format: Full-time office work (5/2) in Kyiv (51 Antonovycha Street, Olimpiiska metro station)

Company: AgriAnalytica — a Ukrainian B2B SaaS company in the agri-fintech sector, expanding to international markets. We develop analytical dashboards, financial modules, and APIs for mobile applications.

About the project:

We are building a digital agri-fintech ecosystem for the Oman market, combining:

• Mobile application
• Credit Scoring system
• B2B marketplaces

The platform connects farmers, banks, suppliers, traders and experts into a single digital flow.
 

Your role:

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Drive delivery across mobile app, web scoring system, and marketplaces
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (backend, mobile, design, DevOps, BA)
• Translate business needs into clear tasks and priorities
• Ensure features are delivered on time and aligned with roadmap
• Maintain project documentation (descriptions, flows, logic, decisions)
   

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day delivery (tasks, timelines, dependencies)
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements (banking, agri, business)
• Break down features into clear Jira tasks (UI + Logic / API / etc.)
• Plan and run sprints (1−2 week cycles)
• Track progress and proactively resolve blockers
• Align mobile and web flows (data consistency, logic sync)
• Support QA process and ensure feature completeness before release
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as Project Manager / Delivery Manager
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (dev + design + QA + BA)
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum processes
• Ability to structure tasks clearly and logically
• Strong communication skills (English — Intermediate+)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figm
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with fintech / marketplaces / mobile apps
• Understanding of API integrations
• Basic understanding of financial logic
