Regional Managing Director / Group CEO (iGaming, Tier-1)
We are looking for a strategic leader to build and scale a multi-brand iGaming cluster across Tier-1 markets.
This role is not about running a single product β itβs about managing a portfolio, driving growth, and leading multiple CEOs within the region.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and mentor 3β6 local CEOs across different markets
β’ Build and execute regional strategy (launch, scale, optimization)
β’ Own P&L across multiple projects
β’ Analyze key metrics (GGR, NGR, CPA, ROI, retention, payback)
β’ Define GEO priorities and go-to-market strategies
β’ Coordinate product, marketing, finance, and operations
β’ Build reporting systems and standardize performance metrics
β’ Participate in hiring and building strong leadership teams
β’ Work directly with stakeholders/board and present results
Requirements:
β’ Strong experience in iGaming (B2C operator side)
β’ Deep understanding of Tier-1 markets
β’ Experience managing multiple markets / business units
β’ Strong knowledge of payments, licensing, and acquisition models
β’ Proven track record in scaling and launching products
β’ Solid financial expertise (P&L, unit economics, forecasting)
β’ Strategic mindset (portfolio thinking, not single product focus)
β’ Experience working with CEOs / senior leadership
β’ English β fluent (international team)
