We are looking for a Global Sales Team Lead to establish and grow an enterprise sales function focused on acquiring strategic advertisers, driving consistent direct demand, and contributing to overall revenue growth in line with the company’s strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise sales strategy
  • Close key deals and build strategic partnerships
  • Lead and scale the sales team
  • Own revenue, pipeline, and forecasting
  • Drive overall growth of the enterprise unit

 

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise-level sales within AdTech, MarTech, or Digital industries
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals
  • Experience in building or scaling sales teams
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid experience in pipeline management, CRM, and forecasting
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Ukrainian B1 - Intermediate
