IT Support / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Azure)

About Project

A global company with operations across multiple regions needs a senior engineer to take ownership of their Azure cloud platform and security posture. The infrastructure internal services used by teams worldwide. You’ll be the go-to person for anything Azure, M365 security, and network infrastructure — with the autonomy to improve how things are built and run.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve Azure infrastructure: networking, compute, storage, microservices
• Harden cloud and endpoint security using Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and CrowdStrike
• Manage identity and access: Entra ID, hybrid AD, conditional access, RBAC, B2C
• Automate provisioning and deployments (PowerShell, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)
• Run M365 administration — Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, licensing, migrations
• Handle L3 escalations for cloud and infrastructure incidents
• Build monitoring, alerting, and capacity management for Azure workloads

Must have

• 4+ years managing Azure cloud environments in production
• Proven security experience — cloud, endpoint, network (not just theory)
• PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation
• Hybrid identity management (Entra ID, on-prem AD, sync)
• Upper-Intermediate+ English
   

Nice to have

• Microsoft certs (AZ-104, AZ-500, MS-500)
• Intune device management and Autopilot
• DevOps pipeline experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• AI/Copilot integration experience
• Database admin skills (MSSQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)
