Administrative / Financial Manager

We’re looking for a structured and reliable Administrative / Financial Assistant who enjoys working with numbers, order, and processes.

This is not just a support role — you’ll be the person who keeps financial operations clean, accurate, and under control on a daily basis.

📋 What you’ll be responsible for

  • Managing invoices (incoming & outgoing) in Zoho Books
  • Reconciling bank accounts and tracking company balances
  • Supporting payroll processes and expense reimbursements
  • Preparing and updating financial reports
  • Providing data and documents for audits
  • Structuring and maintaining financial documentation
  • Communicating with external accountants and partners
  • Supporting purchases and basic administrative processes
  • Preparing contracts and documents for signature

🎯 What matters for us

  • Experience in finance / accounting / admin roles
  • Zoho Books experience — required
  • Background in international, outsourcing, or multi-entity companies
  • High attention to detail (this is critical, not optional)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
  • Independence — you don’t need constant supervision
