Administrative / Financial Manager

We’re looking for a structured and reliable Administrative / Financial Assistant who enjoys working with numbers, order, and processes.
This is not just a support role — you’ll be the person who keeps financial operations clean, accurate, and under control on a daily basis.
📋 What you’ll be responsible for
- Managing invoices (incoming & outgoing) in Zoho Books
- Reconciling bank accounts and tracking company balances
- Supporting payroll processes and expense reimbursements
- Preparing and updating financial reports
- Providing data and documents for audits
- Structuring and maintaining financial documentation
- Communicating with external accountants and partners
- Supporting purchases and basic administrative processes
- Preparing contracts and documents for signature
🎯 What matters for us
- Experience in finance / accounting / admin roles
- Zoho Books experience — required
- Background in international, outsourcing, or multi-entity companies
- High attention to detail (this is critical, not optional)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
- Independence — you don’t need constant supervision
