Head of Marketing

🚀 Join RiskSeal as a Head of Marketing!

We are looking for a Head of Marketing lead and scale RiskSeal’s marketing across global markets, owning strategy and budgets while building a high-performing team. Close work with Sales, Core team and the CEO to align priorities and messaging. You will manage the marketing team, define priorities and keep execution on track across channels and projects. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with practical experience in product marketing, performance channels (SEO/PPC), content, social and retention. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals
• Build a measurable demand generation system that drives qualified leads and supports revenue growth
• Own the marketing budget and track channel and campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI
• Analyze market dynamics, competitors, trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Improve funnel and website performance through CRO, testing, and data-driven iteration
• Build, grow, and lead the marketing team of 2 full time employees & several contractors

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, risk, or compliance
• Proven track record of driving qualified leads via website, outbound campaigns and events
• Strong full-funnel ownership: positioning, demand generation, nurture, conversion to SQL
• Strong analytical skills: CAC/CPL, conversion rates, ROI; confident with dashboards and reporting
• Experience managing agencies and contractors across SEO, PR and content
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken skills
