Project Manager (UX/UI Design Agency)

Fatobject is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

We are a UX/UI design agency with minimal bureaucracy, fast decision-making, and real room to influence processes. We work with international clients on websites, landing pages, product design, and mobile apps.

We are looking for a Strong Junior / Middle PM who can independently handle client communication, keep multiple projects moving in parallel, and help the team work in a structured, low-chaos way.

What you will do

• manage client communication (in English mostly)
• run status calls, discovery sessions, and design presentations
• prepare follow-ups, briefs, scopes, and summaries
• gather requirements and turn them into clear tasks for the team
• break down work and coordinate designers and developers on our side
• plan team workload across multiple projects
• manage deadlines, priorities, budgets, and project profitability
• handle scope changes and change requests
• improve internal processes where needed

• use AI tools to improve productivity, structure information, and optimize day-to-day work

   

Our context

• this is an agency-side PM role
• usually you will manage 5-6 projects in parallel
• most projects are mid-sized design engagements lasting 1-3 months
• you will work closely with founders, the design lead, designers, and developers
• our clients are mainly from the US and Europe

Must-have

• 2+ years of experience in project management
• experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• experience handling client communication independently
• B2+ English for calls, updates, discovery sessions, and presentations
• strong written and verbal communication
• ability to bring structure to chaos and stay on top of multiple moving parts
• experience gathering requirements, defining scope, and writing follow-ups / summaries / briefs
• ability to plan resources, manage deadlines, and keep project momentum
• experience with Notion
• confident basic understanding of Figma and the design process
• willingness to use AI tools to improve personal productivity and quality of work

Nice-to-have

• experience in a UX/UI, digital, or design agency
• experience working with design teams
• experience with profitability / budgeting
• experience handling scope changes / change requests
• experience presenting design work to clients
