Trainee Anti-Fraud Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Trainee Anti-Fraud Analyst to join our Risk
& Integrity team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of defending our platform against
bonus abuse, payment fraud, and suspicious gameplay.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze customer activity, player behavior, payments, betting, and casino gameplay to
detect suspicious patterns, anomalies, and fraud risks.
● Investigate accounts, identify links between profiles, and make decisions on restrictions,
blocking, or escalation.
● Review AML forms, KYC documents, and related verification information to identify
inconsistencies, red flags, or potential abuse.
● Process and respond to fraud-related requests from internal teams such as Support,
Payments, and KYC, and monitor triggers, alerts, and other fraud signals.
● Maintain reporting, document case outcomes, participate in improving anti-fraud rules
and controls, and test products, flows, and processes for vulnerabilities that can be
exploited for fraud or abuse.
Requirements
● Understanding of casino operations and core gaming processes, including bonus
mechanics, game types, betting logic, withdrawal verification, and general player
lifecycle.
● Strong logical thinking and ability to analyze customer behavior and identify suspicious
patterns.
● Ability to make decisions and clearly explain the reasoning behind them.
● Attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing accounts, transactions, forms, and
documents.
● Readiness to work with repetitive tasks and large volumes of information without losing
quality.
● English level: A2+.
● Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
● Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and work effectively in a team.
● Previous experience in anti-fraud will be a plus, but is not required. Experience in L2,
Payments, KYC, or other roles related to checks and analysis will also be a plus.
● Possession of your own reliable laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.
● Readiness to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends, to ensure 24/7
operational coverage.
