Senior Implementation Consultant

Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to support the successful delivery of enterprise-level implementations for a customer engagement platform. This role focuses on working closely with clients to design, configure, and launch solutions that align with their business and marketing needs.

Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end implementations, including discovery, planning, configuration, data migration, and go-live.
• Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Create and maintain key project deliverables such as implementation plans, data schemas, migration guides, architecture diagrams, and configuration documentation.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery processes and overall customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience working with CRM, marketing, or customer engagement platforms.
• Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and system design.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation or multi-channel communication (e.g., email, SMS, mobile).
• Background in enterprise implementations.
• Experience with data modeling, migrations, and technical documentation.
