Operations Manager (Delivery)

Responsibilities:

• Drive and own delivery across Product, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
• Lead end-to-end delivery processes, focusing on quality, predictability, and speed.
• Translate business priorities into clear delivery plans and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks in delivery.
• Establish and improve delivery processes and ways of working to support scalability.
• Partner with Product and Tech leadership to ensure effective planning and delivery of key initiatives.
• Handle complex delivery challenges and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
   

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in delivery / program / operations roles in a product company (iGaming is a plus).
• Strong experience managing cross-functional delivery (Product, Tech, Operations).
• Good understanding of product development lifecycle and agile practices.
• Strong ownership, execution focus, and ability to drive alignment.
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
