What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with VIP players to ensure retention, reactivation, and upselling.
- Conducting communication through calls, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs related to calls and deposits.
- Managing and nurturing a player pool using CRM tools.
- Tracking and reporting on individual KPI performance monthly.
