Technical Operations Specialist

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs. 

This is a full-time remote position.

• Can independently troubleshoot technical issues, and take ownership of the projects with minimum supervision.
• Are a team player who enjoys collaborating across departments to improve systems and workflows.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to automate processes and increase team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.)
• Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions
• Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms
• Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs
• Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
• Proven ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High level of ownership and self-motivation
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively
• Strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience using AI tools for process optimization
• Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms
