Yespo is an omnichannel Customer Data Platform for mid-size and enterprise businesses in retail, e-commerce, and SaaS. We help companies communicate with their customers across all channels — increasing sales and building long-term loyalty. Role Focus
This is not a classic account management role. You’ll be responsible for the critical first phase of a client’s journey — from signed contract to successful, fully operational integration. Your goal is to make onboarding fast, smooth, and immediately impactful for the client’s business metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full onboarding process: from kickoff call to live integration.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand each client’s business goals and map them to Yespo capabilities.
- Create and maintain detailed integration roadmaps; coordinate timelines with clients and internal integration teams.
- Proactively identify blockers and resolve them before they slow the client down.
- Conduct product demos and training sessions tailored to the client’s use case.
- Monitor client performance metrics throughout the integration phase; identify risks early and take action to eliminate them and ensure a stable, smooth launch.
- Serve as the bridge between the client, the integration team, and other internal departments.
- Collect and structure client feedback; pass actionable insights to Product and Tech.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in customer success, project management, or marketing — ideally in a B2B SaaS or product company.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you can explain complex things simply.
- Analytical mindset: able to decompose problems, find root causes, and build a plan.
- Comfortable owning a process end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher: you’ll be working with international clients and English-language projects on a regular basis.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce, CRM, or marketing automation concepts.
Would Be a Plus:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integrations: WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, Horoshop, etc.
- Understanding of omnichannel marketing: email, SMS, push, in-app.
- Experience working with Notion, Elastic, or Looker Studio.
