Requirements:

- Basic understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus;
Experience or familiarity with CRM/task-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- English level: Advanced or Fluent (a must-have);

Will be a plus:

- Experience in customer support, sales, or client-facing roles;
- Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies;
- Basic knowledge of roles in IT (PM, QA, Dev, BA, etc.);
- Completed courses in Account Management, Sales, or IT-related fields.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing client relationships and communication;
- Support senior Account Managers in daily operations;
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and status calls;
- Help manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction;
- Track project progress together with delivery teams;
- Prepare reports, updates, and documentation;
- Identify potential risks or issues and communicate them in time;
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
